Does a leak mean a new roof?
Not necessarily. You would not replace a car for new brakes. We trace the leak, photograph it, and tell you whether a repair holds or the roof is finished.
Why do some estimates change mid-job?
Because they were guesses. Ours follow an on-site inspection and are fixed in writing. Surprises under the deck get discussed before we proceed — never invoiced after.
What is the warranty?
Ten years on workmanship, written. Our work leaks within ten years, we come back and fix it free. Manufacturer material warranties sit on top.
Do you clean gutters and remove moss?
Yes — it is the cheapest roof insurance available. Seasonal service keeps water moving and shingles seated.
