Do you really charge flat-rate?

Yes — one fixed price, approved by you before work begins. There is no hourly meter running and no mid-job surprises. What we quote is what you pay.

What does the one-year labor warranty cover?

Our workmanship, for one full year. If a repair we made fails because of our labor within twelve months, we come back and fix it at no labor charge.

Which water heater brands do you install?

Rheem, Navien, and Rinnai — tank and tankless. We install both traditional and tankless models from these brands, and we service most existing units regardless of brand.

Do I qualify for a discount?

If you’re a senior, a verified veteran, or a frontline worker — yes, 10% off every service. Estimates and virtual consultations are free for everyone, no qualification needed.

Travis, Williamson, and Hays counties — the greater Austin area. We’re based at 8606 Ripon Cv, Austin, TX 78717, and we travel to homes and businesses across all three counties.
