Most roofers ask you to take their word for it. Andy Kelly would rather show you. The free inspection is a walk across your roof with a camera: every lifted shingle, every dried-out boot, every soft spot — photographed. You get the photos, a written list of findings, and options in plain English.
No scare tactics. If the roof is fine, we say so and leave.
We install architectural asphalt shingles — the sensible default across Houston, quick to install and easy to repair one slope at a time — and standing-seam metal, folded seams with no exposed screws, built for hail season and reflected Texas heat.
A contractor who sells only one material will only ever recommend one material. We sell both, so we'll tell you which one your house actually needs.
Houston roofs take a beating — spring hail, sideways summer rain, hurricane wind that finds every loose edge. After a big storm, the calls are always the same: a leak that wasn't there last week, shingles in the yard.
We document storm damage with photos written up for your insurance adjuster, and we fix the small stuff early so a storm bill stays small.
A roofing job makes a mess; a good roofer doesn't leave one. Every site gets a magnetic nail sweep and a broom-clean finish before we call it done. Your yard should look like we were never there — except for the roof.
Every figure is a sample for planning. Your written quote is priced after the free inspection, with photos of your actual roof attached. Anyone who prices a roof sight unseen is guessing.
Houston, Texas. Andy usually answers himself. Written quote after the inspection — never before.
