How much does a roof repair cost?
Most small repairs — a handful of slipped tiles, a flashing fix — are a half-day's work and priced as one fixed job, not by the hour. We survey for free and put the number in writing before we start. Sample prices are indicative only; your written quote is the real figure.
Do you offer emergency callouts?
Yes — if water is coming in or tiles have lifted in a storm, call us and we'll make the roof safe as quickly as we can, then schedule the permanent repair.
How long does a new roof take?
A typical three-bed semi takes about a week from scaffold-up to sign-off, weather allowing. Your written quote includes a realistic schedule.
