A tired concrete-tile roof on a 1930s semi, stripped back to rafters and rebuilt in natural slate with new lead valleys and ridge. New breathable membrane, new battens, and a chimney repoint while the scaffold was up.
A leaking felt roof over a rear extension replaced with an EPDM rubber system — one seamless sheet, new trims and outlets, guaranteed watertight and walkable for maintenance.
After high winds lifted a section of ridge tiles on a detached home, we secured the roof the same day, then returned for a full ridge re-bed and a check of every tile on the windward slope.

Sample pricing — every roof is different
Repairs are priced by the job, not the hour: small tile and slate repairs are usually a half-day's work. Full re-roofs are quoted per square metre after a free survey, with slate, concrete tile and rubber each priced plainly so you can compare like for like. Guttering and chimney work are quoted fixed, upfront.
Every quote is free and written — if you go elsewhere, you keep the survey notes. Sample guide prices are indicative only; your written quote is the real number.
